About Us
Atlantic Mechanical was founded by lifelong St. Augustine residents Ran and Shelley Albritton in 2016 to help meet the air conditioning needs of St. Augustine and surrounding communities. In January 2019, partner Jason Brownell joined the business.
From day one, the mission of Atlantic Mechanical has been a commitment to honesty and integrity while providing superior air conditioning products and service to our customers.

Meet the Owners
Jason Brownell
Jason entered into the operations and management side of the heating and air conditioning business in 1993. In 2003 he obtained his State of Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor’s License. He is a proud graduate of Flagler College Class of 1992 with a BA in Business Administration.
John (Ran) Albritton, Jr.
Ran began his career in the HVAC industry in 1996. He is experienced in all facets of residential and commercial air conditioning and heating, including maintenance, repair, equipment installation, and indoor air quality solutions. He received his State of Florida Certified Mechanical Contractor’s license in 2016.
